As consideration for my directory listing, and with the intent to be legally bound, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, the Justinian Society and its officers, governors, agents and employees from any claim, liability, loss, damage or expense, including court costs and attorney fees, resulting in whole or in part from any inaccuracy, inaccessibility or misuse of membership directory data, even if caused by sole negligence of the indemnitee.
