The Justinian Society to host one of the locations for the Mayor’s Citywide “Spring Clean-up” on April 5th at 9:00am at FDR Park, Swedish Museum at 19th and Pattison. Gaetan Alfano, Immediate Past Chancellor of The Justinian Society will run for the Philadelphia Bar Association Board of Governors. Ballots for this year’s bar election will be mailed on November 17. In-person voting will occur on December 5. All Justinian members are encouraged to vote.

The Honorable Louis J. Presenza, President Judge of the Municipal Court of Philadelphia, and a member of the Justinian Society, will be honored with the prestigious 2006 Justice William J. Brennan Jr. Distinguished Jurist Award at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s October Quarterly Meeting and Luncheon on Monday, October 30 at the Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue at noon.

Justinian Society elects Officers and Board members
The Justinian Society of Philadelphia held its general election and cocktail reception for all Justinian Society members, on August 18th at 5:00 PM. The reception was held at the office of Miller, Alfano & Raspanti, P.C. at 1818 Market Street, Suite 3402, in Philadelphia. Judge Alfred J. DiBona, Jr., chair of the Nominating Committee, conducted the election.

Gregory Cirillo, Esq., announced that he will run as a canidate for the Philadelphia Bar Association Board of Governors election in December 2004. Ballots will be mailed to Bar Association members mid-November. Members are encouraged to support Cirillo.
