TO MEMBERS OF JUSTINIAN SOCIETY BOARD AND COMMITTEE CHAIRS:

Our July Board Meeting / mini-retreat will be held on Monday, July 20, 2009, from 11:00 to 2:00 at my offices at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis, 1600 Market Street, 36th Floor.

We shall use the meeting to acquaint Board members, and particularly new Board members, with each other and with the Society’s activities.  We will have an overview of the work of the Society and of the Justinian Foundation, a discussion of the agenda for the Society in the coming year, and a review of the work of each of the Society’s committees.  All committee chairs are expected to prepare a description of your committee and the work that it does and be prepared to discuss what activities the committee has planned for the coming year.

The meeting will include lunch and will end with an open discussion and questions.
