The Justinian Foundation and The Justinian Society will honor Joseph H. Jacovini, Esq., Chairman, Dilworth Paxson LLP at our Annual Meeting, Election and Scholarship Luncheon on Wednesday, June 15, 2010. The reception will take place at The Union League of Philadelphia from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tickets are $65 per person for members and $80 for non-members. Sponsorship opportunities are available.  Joseph H. Jacovini, Esquire is a partner and Chairman of Dilworth Paxson LLP. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Drexel University (2002-2007) and continues to serve as Trustee and member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Jacovini also serves as Board Member and Chair of the Finance Committee of the Philadelphia Orchestra Association; Chairman of Casa Farnese (senior citizen housing); and Chairman of the Philadelphia Heart Association. Mr. Jacovini received an honorary degree from Drexel University in 2004, was awarded the Pinnacle Award in 2003 and the 2006 Heart of Philadelphia from the American Heart Association, the Judge Learned Hand Award by the American Jewish Committee in 2007 and was conferred the Award of Merit Cavaliere Ufficiale by the Republic of Italy in 1988.
