Judge Matthew D. Carrafiello's Portrait Unveiling

Please join us as we honor Judge Matthew D. Carrafiello’s 22 years of service as a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, assigned to the Trial Division from 1995 through 2009, and then to the Orphans’ Court Division from 2010 to the present. Judge Carrafiello was appointed Administrative Judge of the Orphans’ Court Division and has served in that position since January 2015.
The Portrait Ceremony will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 4 p.m. in Ceremonial Courtroom 653, followed by a Reception in Conversation Hall at City Hall
Contributions to the Portrait Fund should be made payable to the Justinian Society of Philadelphia
